Allele search

Search RHeference for any text, keyword or succession of characters in allele names.
The output will be a full list of the RHD entries and alleles with any name containing this keyword.

It will also output any RHD allele for which the main associated RHCE allele (haplotype) name contains this keyword.

Query examples

Name: "DAU" will output all entries labelled with DAU.
Name: "1006" will output a number or RHD alleles which are linked to RHCE*ce48C,733G,1006T.
